Signature Associates was founded by Maria Lawless, originally as a specialist HR consultancy with a simple mission: to bring high-quality, senior-level expertise to ambitious organisations that needed more than traditional outsourced support.
Clients valued not just the depth of our expertise, but the calibre of the consultants delivering it. So we evolved into a full associates-based model, giving businesses access to experienced HR and finance leaders with real-world backgrounds in transformation, strategy and operational excellence.
Today we operate as a boutique global management consultancy supporting organisations of all sizes across Ireland, the UK, wider Europe, the GCC, South Africa and Australia, with our team now firmly established in the Kingdom.
